“Our state organization selected Greenfield, Adair County, as its 2017 two-day annual convention location. Attendees toured the Henry A. Wallace Country Life Center (which also catered all of our locally-grown food service), gathered for its opening reception at historic Hotel Greenfield (our primary lodging quarters) and convened for proceedings at the Warren Cultural Center on Greenfield’s picturesque public square. For smaller and mid-size business and group meetings, this community is second to none when it comes to quality of facilities and hospitality. I recommend it without reservation.”

Auditorium and stage: $55/hour, $550/day
Banquet seating up to 160, chairs only up to 220
Chairs, tables, table linens, place settings, sound and video system available.

Second floor historic rooms:
four-room suite $50/hour (includes private restroom, tables and chairs)
catering prep room $40/event (includes refrigerator, microwave and more).

First floor spaces:
Lobby & gallery $45/hour
Green Room $40/hour.
